Laser therapy during menopause

The Gyné Lang practice has recently introduced a new state-of-the-art laser device (Fotona smooth) for the treatment of various complaints that occur frequently during menopause: irritating vaginal dryness that makes sexual intercourse painful or even impossible, slackening of the vaginal walls, mild urinary incontinence. Now, with the vaginal laser, there is finally a new therapy option in addition to medicinal, hormonal and surgical methods of treatment, which is showing promising results in current studies.

We are pleased to be able to offer you this therapy option with our new device. The treatment, which lasts about 30 minutes each, is possible without anesthesia, causes (if at all) only short-term temporary irritation and is generally very well tolerated.

Normally, 3 treatments are necessary at intervals of about 4 weeks. Sometimes fewer are enough, rarely does it take more.

Costs: unfortunately, the costs of 650.- CHF per session are currently not yet covered by health insurance.
